Jubilee Market seems like a great place and could be a real neighbourhood gem. Unfortunately, the prices in the store keep live up to the Oakville stereotype and do not make it a reasonable place to go on a regular basis. For a special dinner or event, however, it can still be helpful. I do want to particularly note how helpful one staff member, Lori, is when I attended. Not only did she clearly know where everything was that I was looking for, but she offered some great suggestions for a wonderful addition I wouldnt have thought of. Its clear she appreciates the other staff members and enjoys her job. Thank you Lori.
I used to go here regularly for lunch until I saw how the place was run. Never going again. The management at this store looks horrible. Everybody seems stressed out, over worked, and under appreciated. The manager is rude to customers. They have a revolving door of employees because nobody stays for longer than 3 months. The mediocre food is ridiculously over priced and prepared by amateurs. The prices are always being raised. This place masquerades as upscale but truthfully has no class.
Just bought a Xmas Eve Lantern which I have not seen before anywhere else. It's packed with goodies my kids can't wait until the 24th to tuck into. Great idea! Plan to make it an annual tradition!

I stopped shopping there all together because of the manager Lori. I have overheard her talking about her sexual encounters to under aged employees. If that is not disgusting I don't know what is. She also talks down to her employees in front of customers. I don't know how any human being would keep her employed at a store where customer relationships are key.. she gives the entire store a bad name and the quality of food is not good enough to continue shopping
Great deli counter with ready to eat pre-dinner nibbles!

Re: 5840 and 5841 visitors: Thank you for contacting Jubilee Fruit Market. We’re very sorry to read of your recent experience at Jubilee. We’re very respectful of all of our customers’ opinions and experiences at our store. We encourage you to contact Jubilee’s owner, Don Allen at email@example.com or, if you prefer in person at the store, so that he may discuss the matter with you. We’ll look forward to hearing from you.
I am absolutely appalled at the service at Jubilee. I don't shop here often but stopped by to grab a few things on my way home and am disgusted with what I witnessed. This woman named Lori cause I checked before I left is an absolute disgrace to the retail profession. I have worked retail for 16 years and have seen a lot but this was disgusting. She was rude, inconsiderate, condescending and belligerent to a customer. I also witnessed her telling a very pleasant and helpful cashier that she was a f***ing moron. Which made me sick. It seems to me that every time I go to this store Lori is working and her attitude never changes. She is a disgrace. I would not recommend dealing with her if you can. She has zero knowledge of anything in the store. I sincerely hope that the owner fires her soon cause at this rate she is going to drive customers away. I would know cause I'm very close to never shopping there every again.
This is the place for fresh produce. The fruit tastes as good as it looks. Split pea soup, individual pizzas, and homemade banana breads are among the many frozen and deli offerings. Staff are excellent and extremely helpful!
All grocery items are full of dust, its gross. Some products are here one week and gone the next, there is no consistency. The deli looks nice, but I have on a number occasions brought food home that was either gone bad or not cooked through (chicken from deli). One manager named Brian is always rude and almost feels like you are bothering him when asking questions. Most employees seem sad and over worked and it looks likes the turn over of employment is quick. Produce is amazing, that is the only good thing I can say about jubilee. even though the produce is amazing I dont like to go often for every other reason.
Although a hair expensive, the quality of the food easily makes up for it. Best produce in GTA and the prepared foods are also delicious. Avoid one balding staff member names Andrew.
We really enjoy the quality of the produce and the many varieties of sauces to choose from.
Excellent prepared food for those days when you want something wholesome.
Great staff. Long time customer.
We still drive all the way in from Stoney Creek to buy our produce from Jubilee's from time to time. The best produce we have had by far
My family and I purchase most of our foods from Jubilee, the prices are high but they are so worth it they have great staff, and amazing food!
I travel from Cambridge to Jubilee Market in Oakville just to get the variety and freshness.
I've never been disappointed. I go once a month and always leave happy. Yes, a little more than some, but definately worth it. Variety - the spice of life!!!
Great fresh fruit and vegetables for reasonable prices. I go out of my way to get my fruits and vegetables from Jubilee. Always fresh and perfect! Friendly, helpful staff.
Jubilee market has an excellent variety of fruits, and other produce. The staff are always knowledgable and can answer your questions. The flowers outside give a well run appeal. The food always tastes great.I love the chocolate covered almonds!!!!!
This place is great - the fruit is fresh and delicious - far superior to the grocery stores and yet still reasonably priced. I travel from out of town just to get their produce!
This store is a gem - they should take Fruit out of the name because it has much more - an incredible assortment of special groceries ,fabulous cheese selection, the flowers are always fresh, you wont find better meat anywhere and excellent prepared food - we find it a great place to shop and lot of it has to do with the friendly and attentive staff - we only wish we had found the store sooner
This store has great fresh fruit and vegetables. You actually will manage to eat everything before it goes bad so it might be more expensive, but at least there won't be any waste!
